Tanya Pierce
Tanya Pierce brings over 25 years of experience in real estate development before shifting her career to justice work. She is the Founder of Life Unbolted, supporting federally impacted individuals from pre‑trial through reentry with mentorship and empowerment services. A second‑year law student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, she co‑designed Columbia Law School’s Paralegal Pathways Initiative (PPI), providing legal training and mentorship to formerly incarcerated individuals. Tanya also serves as the Legislative Chairwoman of LOHM’s RemissionNow Campaign, leading national efforts to reform federal restitution and advance legislative and administrative solutions and sits on the Independent Review Board for the NYS Office of Children and Family Services’ Office of the Ombudsman, helping to protect the rights and well‑being of youth in state custody. She is committed to building equitable systems and amplifying the voices of directly impacted communities.

Jeffrey D. She is the founder of Liberty Advisors LLC, a consulting firm focused on mitigation and sentencing advocacy in the federal criminal justice system, and her work is informed by a rare combination of professional and lived experience. Tara serves as Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Corrections Committee and is active in several national legal and advocacy organizations.

Charles M. Naselsky, Esq. is a seasoned corporate and business law professional with nearly four decades of experience advising on complex legal, financial, and strategic matters.
